We source and supply a wide range of quality goods — household items, motor vehicle parts, software and licences, and essential everyday products — to households, businesses, schools, NPOs and government buyers across South Africa.
What we supply

We supply to order rather than holding large showroom stock. That keeps our pricing competitive and means we can source specific makes, models and specifications on request.
Motor vehicle parts & accessories
Replacement and service parts for passenger and light commercial vehicles, sourced new or as genuine equivalents. Send us your vehicle make, model, year and VIN and we will quote on the exact part.
Software, licences & ICT goods
Genuine software licences and ICT hardware supplied at itemised prices with no hidden mark-up. Where a licence is delivered electronically, keys and download instructions are emailed as soon as payment clears.
Essential products
Consumables that offices, sites, schools and clinics reorder every month, consolidated onto one invoice from one supplier instead of five.

Ordering
How to place an order
All goods are supplied against a written quotation, so the price, quantity, lead time and delivery cost are agreed before any money changes hands.
Send your request
Email info@matmos.co.za or use the enquiry form with the item description, quantity and delivery town. For vehicle parts, include the make, model, year and VIN.
Receive a written quotation
Within one to two working days you receive an itemised quotation showing unit price, quantity, VAT where applicable, delivery cost, lead time and the payment methods available. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Accept and pay
Confirm the quotation in writing and settle the invoice by EFT or by secure card payment through our payment gateway. Approved account customers and public-sector buyers may order on a purchase order.
Procurement and dispatch
We procure and quality-check the goods, then dispatch by national courier with a tracking number, or arrange collection or local delivery by agreement.
Delivery and after-sales
You receive an invoice, proof of delivery and any manufacturer warranty documentation. If anything is incorrect or damaged, our refund policy sets out exactly what happens next.

Small orders and large ones are both welcome. What varies is the paperwork, not the level of service.
Business and government customers can order against a purchase order once an account is approved, receive consolidated monthly invoicing, and request our company profile, tax clearance and supporting documents for vendor registration.
